Cause of Pain From Hip to Knee

Low back pain that is felt to spread to the legs can be caused by various things such as disorders of the bones, muscles, joints and nerves and organs found around the waist region. There is a sciatic nerve in the lower spine. These nerves travel from each side of the spine, past the buttocks, further through the back of the thigh and down to the legs. This nerve plays an important role in connecting the spinal cord with leg and leg muscles. If there is a problem with this nerve, it can cause several symptoms such as:
• Pain on one side of the lower waist or buttocks
• Pain that radiates to the feet
• Pain can be described as tingling, burning, or sharp feeling

Some things that can be the cause of your complaint include:
• Nucleus pulposus hernia (HNP)
• Arthritis or arthritis
• Muscle cramp
• Tendinitis or inflammation of the tendon
• Disorders of the kidneys
• Diabetic neuropathy

Some tips you can do temporarily include:
• Rest immediately or lie down if pain arises
• Avoid lifting heavy loads
• Sit and stand in a good position
• Keep your ideal weight
• If the pain is unbearable, take painkillers such as paracetamol, ibuprofen or mefenamic acid.

To ascertain the cause of the complaint you are experiencing, I suggest checking the doctor. The doctor will ask for your complaint, do a physical examination and support such as a CT scan or MRI. After the cause of the complaint is known, the right treatment can be given.
